When I try to access any of the areas of the site from the Main Menu, I get an "Execution Error." What is going on?This can happen if you are using a firewall on your computer. In this situation, you must allow referrer information to be passed to the WebAMP system, which is done by creating a rule. Check the documentation for your firewall to see how to do so. Where do I get my user ID and password?If you are a lead institution, your user ID was sent by e-mail from NSF. If you are a partner institution, your user ID was sent to you by your lead institution. Contact your lead institution, or contact us by e-mail or by phone at 800-665-8961 ext. 3 for additional help. To create a password select the "Register" tab on the welcome screen. Enter your User ID and email address and select "Register". An e-mail will automatically be sent including a link to reset your password. The link will be active for 60 minutes.
